Date: Sunday 5th February 2012Fang’s climate is noticeably cooler than Chiang Mai. In particular, December and January can feel decidedly chilly, as Cold Season temperatures can drop to as low as 10ºC. A sharp contrast to the Hot Season of March – May, when daytime temperatures are usually 35ºC, with a modest 5 – 10 degree drop at night.
Doi Ang Khang is a mountain / village located at the end of Highway 1249, access is 14 kms south of Fang township, turn west off Highway 107.
Wat Chedi Ngam is located in central Fang, on the main road - left side if heading north, between the two mid-town sets of traffic lights.
